GeoMineIQ provides structured, evidence-backed review of mining technical reports and related professional deliverables. The service supports decision-making but does not replace legal, investment, engineering, or regulatory advice.

Your account and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and upload only material you are authorized to share. Activity performed through your account is treated as authorized by you unless you notify us promptly of misuse.

Engagement scope

Scope, timing, price, review standard, and deliverables are defined by the selected service and any written proposal or confirmation. Material changes may require a revised price or delivery date.

Evidence and limitations

Findings depend on the completeness and reliability of supplied reports and public sources. GeoMineIQ does not guarantee project outcomes, resource estimates, financing, regulatory approval, or investment performance.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service controls.
• Do not represent a GeoMineIQ deliverable as a statutory certification unless expressly stated.
