Reports and confidential material

Uploaded reports are used only to perform the requested service, operate the review workflow, and meet legal or security obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for delivery.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree. GeoMineIQ does not store full card or bank credentials. Infrastructure and processing providers may handle limited information under their own privacy terms and contractual safeguards.

Retention and your choices

We retain records for service delivery, audit, security, and applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion where permitted by contacting support@geomineiq.com.
